INSURANCE INFORMATION
We submit to all insurance plans and companies, except medicaid. Our staff is very knowledgeable regarding insurance benefits, and we are ready to help you maximize those benefits. Because dental insurance companies often attempt to dictate treatment and diagnosis, we do not contract with most insurance companies. In fact, we are an unrestricted provider, which means we can work with all types of dental benefits. We are contracted with Allegiance, as they do not interfere with diagnosis or treatment. However, we have a lot of patients that have benefits with Delta Dental, MetLife, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, and others, who still choose to see Dr. Rath. These patients tell us that after looking at all their options, they choose our office because they have not been able to find the level of service we provide with the clinical expertise that Dr. Rath provides.

At Radiance Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, we want to do everything we can to make the dentistry you need and want affordable for you. We have multiple financing options available for people who qualify. Care Credit and Alphaeon offer no-interest financing from 12-24 months based on the treatment needed. We offer an In-House Membership Plan for our patients without insurance that provides savings on cleanings and treatment. And of course, we will work with you to maximize insurance benefits.
